We are a Producer of all types of sugar confectionery-gummies, licorice, marshmallow, hard boiled candies, bubble gum & hard caramel who export product to more than 80 countries, currently with 12 subsidiaries around the world. |

We have the AENOR certificate, recognized worldwide by the International Certification network EQNet, as well as BRC and IFS accreditations.
This position will deal with buyers on a Direct basis, predominantly in the Supermarket & Drug Segments with some potential Key Distributor contacts

The desired Candidate must have strong segment experience and a well-established network in confectionary.
The Candidate must possess the following skills in order to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth:
o Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned customers o Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. o Implementing National Sales Programs by developing field sales action plans. o Growing sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends and competition o Determining annual unit plans by implementing marketing strategies in line with company guidelines o Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Maintaining & Building Relationships o Extensive Market Knowledge
o Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs o Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling when necessary, networking and social media o Set up meetings with clients to understand their needs and concerns o Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services o Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data o Coordinate with the necessary team colleagues the availability of stock for customer programs o Participate on behalf of the company at Trade Shows / Industry Events / Conferences o Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, maintaining customer satisfaction
o Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role o Proficiency in English o Excellent knowledge of MS Office o Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques o Self-motivated with a results-driven approach o Aptitude in delivering effective presentations o College degree o Salary commensurate with Sales Results Generated o Necessary Travel a requirement o Bonus Program + Car Allowance o Medical Coverage (if Applicable)
